We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to medically fragile children/adults
Diagnose and establish children/adults treatment plans
Monitor and report changes in children/adults symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding care parameters
Educate colleagues about health maintenance and disease prevention
Participate in conference sessions
Utilize electronic medical records
Qualifications:
Rate is based on Skill Competence Review Check; This Skill Competence check will determine your Level of practice which determines the PDN case/assignment
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with medical software, electronic capture and equipment (Tablet APPs)
Ability to build rapport with staff, children/adults, team members
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to meet physical requirements and demands of the position.
