    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Caldera Medical!


    Caldera Medical, based in Westlake Village, CA, is a leading medical device company with a clear mission of enhancing the quality of life for women. Recognized as one of Inc 5000's fastest-growing private businesses in the US, we specialize in developing and offering top-tier surgical solutions for issues like Stress Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and other related conditions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the Quality Affairs team
    • Enhance and uphold processes to ensure robust product designs and consistent manufacturing quality
    • Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming inspection processes
    • Build strong partnerships across various departments like R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory
    • Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards

    Requirements:

    • BS in Engineering or Science
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulated environments, preferably in Medical Device industry
    • At least 2 years of direct team management experience in quality control

    Desired Skills and Qualities:

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Focus on continuous improvement
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Experience with Oracle is a plus
