- Perform clerical and administrative functions such as filing, and reviewing reports against accounting transactions which requires the ability to use a computer
- Assist in entering hours and costs within Spend Plans and other internal financial tools
- Assist in maintaining Estimate to Complete (ETC) files
- Provide overall assistance pertinent to contract deliverables
- Update data and files on SharePoint site
- Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports
- Participate in meetings
- Perform tasks under supervision
- Proven ability to use Microsoft office including Excel (understanding formulas, creating formulas, tables, etc.), Word, & PowerPoint by completing a written test/demonstatation
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and process oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written; capable of extracting key information and communicating in concise, easy-to-understand messages
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SharePoint preferred, but not required
- Associate's 's Degree

The Junior Program Analyst candidate will support the FGS Division 21 Program Management Office Team
They should have basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel, with experience with MS PowerPoint
The candidate must be organized and quick to respond to actions/data calls
Daily interactions will be with other project analysts and the direct supervisor
