Description

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Less education will be considered with relevant work experience. 2 years of previous work experience in the chosen discipline is equivalent to 1 year of college.
• Five (5) years of experience in the discipline related to the position: components fabrication and assembly, aircraft paint application, aircraft/components interior production, avionics installation and systems checkout, or aircraft/components structural repair/installation and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate (verbally and in writing) technical information contained in aircraft/components maintenance manuals, technical data documentation, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, SharePoint, etc.
• Thorough working knowledge of Production IT tools
• Working knowledge in production support project managements (scope, cost, time, etc.)
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and define a corrective action plan.
• Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation
• Fluent in French

• Salary: will be in US dollars (USD) and will depend on your experience and the US market
• The cost of living in Little Rock is lower than in Montreal
