- Utilize and maintain data delivery and visualization tools such as Workday dashboards and Power BI.
- Establish a system for receiving report requests and maintain a catalog of available reports.
- Provide subject matter expertise in report and dashboard development.
- Manage user permissions, access, and settings for the report system.
- Lead group discussions effectively and manage projects from inception to implementation.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
- Bachelors degree in information systems, business administration, HR management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS field.
- Proficiency in Workday and Workday reporting tools (Prism, People Analytics, Management Reporter).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with APIs, R, and Python development preferred.
- Strong database management and security skills.
