    As the HR Data Analytics and Report Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients HR analytics function. You will be responsible for assessing current capabilities, developing new reports, and implementing strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires collaboration with HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop reporting solutions that support our objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive report strategy to measure the impact of HR metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance reporting processes continually.
    • Partner with HR and Operations to design and develop reports aligning with business priorities.
    • Analyze data trends and interpret findings using multiple data sources.
    • Create, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards with a focus on data visualization.
    • Apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and provide recommendations based on data insights.
    • Utilize and maintain data delivery and visualization tools such as Workday dashboards and Power BI.
    • Establish a system for receiving report requests and maintain a catalog of available reports.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in report and dashboard development.
    • Manage user permissions, access, and settings for the report system.
    • Lead group discussions effectively and manage projects from inception to implementation.
    • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in information systems, business administration, HR management, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS field.
    • Proficiency in Workday and Workday reporting tools (Prism, People Analytics, Management Reporter).
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Familiarity with APIs, R, and Python development preferred.
    • Strong database management and security skills.
    • Excellent consultative, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
    • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
    • Continuous improvement mindset.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary: $100,000-$130,000K
