    Overview

    The food runner is responsible for assisting the service staff in multiple ways to ensure the members receive seamless Food & Beverage experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Know table numbers and seat numbers
    • Have a good working knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recognize food and deliver it confidently
    • Deliver food orders to the members
    • Help the expeditor keep the expo clean, organized and stocked
    • Ensure all orders (Carryout included) are accurate, and ask members if they require anything additional before leaving the table
    • Take ownership of member requests and make sure they are delivered
    • Assist the service staff with bussing and resetting of tables
    • Bid members and their guests farewell when they leave and inquire about their dining experience
    • Be flexible and can work in different areas of the club when needed
    Requirements:
    • Previous hospitality experience preferred
    • People Person / Outgoing; Positive can-do personality
    • Flexibility working weekends including Sunday, evenings, and holiday(s) a must
    • Must be 15 years of age or older
    • Ability to be on feet for up to 100% of the prescribed shift
    • Ability to lift fifty pounds, able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and turn for prolonged periods of time.
    • The position will require working inside and outside various times of the year
