    Job Title: CAE Engineer

    Work Location:– Newark, CA-Onsite

    Duration: Long Term Contract

    Position Summary

    The CAE Engineer 3 is responsible for performing advanced engineering analyses using computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure products meet performance, durability, and safety standards.

    Mandatory Skills

    • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis.
    • Strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model development, validation, and interpretation.
    • Proficiency in CAE software tools such as Abaqus and HyperMesh.
    • Experience optimizing engine components, including cylinder head ports, combustion chambers, and cooling circuits.
    • Solid understanding of structural analysis, material behavior, and durability assessment.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional design and engineering teams.
    • Experience preparing detailed technical reports and presenting analysis results to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturing principles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify design improvements and implement engineering changes. xhmxlyz
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
