Position Overview: We are currently seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in Burleson, Texas. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of materials within our warehouse facility.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
Experience with RF scanners or similar handheld scanners.
Ability to work 4 12-hour shifts from 5:30 pm to 6:00 am, with flexibility to work both weekend days as the schedule may vary.
Must be open to working up to 60 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5X the base pay rate for hours worked over 40 in a week.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and trucks.
Load and unload trucks and containers with accuracy and efficiency, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Stack and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Utilize RFI scanners or similar handheld scanners to track inventory movements accurately.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which may include wearing a hairnet and removing all piercings and jewelry.
Assist with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and staging orders, as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.
