    Description

    Job DescriptionPrimary Duties:

    Lead and manage the implementation of Cyber Threat Intelligence initiatives under the CISA contract, ensuring alignment with CISA's strategic objectives and compliance standards.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for CISA, coordinating with government agencies, commercial partners, and subcontractors to deliver project deliverables efficiently.

    Oversee project operations, including budget, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

    Direct the project team in the development and integration of Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions, emphasizing innovation and adherence to industry and federal cybersecurity standards.

    Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide detailed reports on project status, risks, and contingency plans to CISA management and other relevant stakeholders.

    Ensure that the project adheres to cybersecurity regulations and best practices, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.


    Qualifications:
    QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in government or defense sectors.
    Required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    Experience with managing projects in a regulated industry, with a preference for backgrounds in cybersecurity or IT-related projects.
    Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and to navigate federal contracting environments.
    Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing large teams and complex projects.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a keen ability to track progress and manage resources effectively.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks proactively, ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.


    Education:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
