    Propiois rapidly growing and becoming a nationwide force, and we are looking to hire a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst, Commissions to join our growing Finance team.

    This position will be responsible for effective, accurate, and efficient handling of all aspects of sales commission calculation, along with building and maintaining sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards.

    As a Senior Business Analyst at Propio Language Services, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our organization.

    You will leverage your skills in Power BI and SQL to create insightful sales commission reports, financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.

    Your expertise will contribute to enhancing financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.

    Essential Job FunctionsReporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Business Analyst, Commissions will be responsible for leading and completing commission calculations for the Sales and Customer Success teamsLeveraging Power BI, build and manage the end-to-end sales commission calculation processServe as the subject matter expert on sales commission plans, policies and rationale.

    Ensure data integrity between systems involved in the commission payroll process - Salesforce, NetSuite and PowerBIBuild sales compensation analytics and maintain monthly reporting for sales teamsSupport the implementation & documentation of new sales quotas and commission plans, leveraging key metrics to make recommendations for necessary changes to commission structuresSupport the overall organization with value-add PowerBI dashboards built to the specific needsLead collaborative sessions with various business groups to gather and document BI project requirementsLoad and manage data collections within the Power BI data inventory to ensure seamless data integration and accessibilityDesign and implement guidelines for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate data insightsDevelop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for both internal teams and external public stakeholdersCreate and manage a secure archive of reports for historical referenceTransform data received from various sources into formats that meet both business and technical specifications for end usersProperly document BI processes Document data sources, report specifications, and data transformation procedures Train, coach and mentor junior staff Business Analyst QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field such as: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied MathematicsMinimum of 3 years of hands-on PowerBI experienceKnowledge of preferredExpert data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau)

    Demonstrated experience with enterprise data, especially ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, JD Edwards)Knowledge of relational databases (e.g.

    MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle)Demonstrated ability to tackle problems across the full data stack, from data wrangling (leveraging SQL or other methodologies) to stakeholder consumption at scaleAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented with a high level of precision in data analysisPropio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
