& write routine reports - Tire Services – perform wheel removal, balancing,
alerts patch/plug repairs changing mounting installation TPMS services Vehicle Services – perform lubrications oil changes basic maintenance etc battery testing installations Consistently complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle identifying documenting communicating additional needed services repairs Assist inventory management include pulling tires parts unloading stocking inventory Assists all general store duties ensuring store excellent condition maintained Monro standards cleanliness consistently guest ready condition Consistently perform serviced accordance Monro safety standards including but not limited OSHA ANSI Torque Oil safety compliance procedures Test drive vehicles Road Test policy utilizing dedicated test drive routes observing local traffic safety laws Understand adhere company policies governmental environmental codes Maintain technical knowledge capabilities ensure proficiency timely completion required Monro University training courses modules Operate utilize maintain equipment safe manner accordance manufacturer guidelines lifts welders brake lathes etc Perform other duties assigned required Qualifications High School Diploma equivalent preferred Automotive training car maintenance repair combination education experience Must possess current valid driver license satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report MVR operate customers vehicles conduct test drives Required own basic set of tools participate tool purchase program Profile Summary Ability take initiative identifying problems collecting data establishing facts make practical decisions recommend solutions Strong customer service skills Strong verbal written communication skills convey technical issues routine reports Work Environment Physical Requirements This job operates automotive shop environment exposure moderate noise level adverse weather conditions chemicals odors dirt dust General Service Technicians must able work flexible hours days evenings weekends holidays Must able see lift carry stock merchandise supplies up lbs without assistance Frequent standing walking long periods time Frequent reaching overhead below knees squatting bending stooping kneeling twisting Additional Information Performance based incentives Paid vacation holidays Full Time Teammates Reimbursement ASE Certifications State Inspection Licenses applicable eligibility hire Direct Deposit Employee Discounts Healthcare Vision Dental Full time Teammates Career Advancement Opportunities This summary not all-inclusive description job duties Other job duties responsibilities also assigned incumbent supervisor time based company needs Job may require working at heights lifting over lbs frequent use hands fingers handle objects grasp manipulate small hand tools grasp large hand tools push pull bend twist or reach overhead.
