- Direct the daily tasks of each operator, service, and technician within the department in accordance with scheduled production goals as a production supervisor.
- Ensure standard work practices are followed to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiencies in textile manufacturing.
- Provide ongoing training and support to all employees to ensure understanding and adherence to protocols as a production lead.
- Oversee new employee training and monitor progress in training programs and on-the-job training (OJT) as a production supervisor.
- Communicate daily with the assigned team regarding safety, production goals, quality issues, and overall plant objectives as a production lead.
- Foster positive employee relations to facilitate effective two-way communication, employee engagement, recognition, and a positive work environment as a production supervisor.
- Collaborate with the Burlington management team to problem-solve and offer solutions to meet plant objectives in textile manufacturing.
- Maintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor and engage in daily interactions with employees as a production lead.
