- Import utility Accounts Payable invoices
- Ensure correct payment type are processed (Nexus, ACH or Virtual Card)
- Cut payments and select checks to be approved and signed
- Mail checks for payment
- Assist with Accounts Payable projects
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Solid MS Excel
- Nexus Property or Real Estate Accounts Payable experience is a plus
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail and organized
