    As a Product Manager on the Equity tech Team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts. You will be an expert in cross-functional, end-to-end delivery that spans multiple Equity products and Desks. In this role, you will represent the Technology team, and face off to multiple stakeholder groups. You will oversee delivery of fixes and prioritize the book-of-work, ensuring the Development team is adhering to project plans.

    What you'll bring with You:
    • 10+ years of experience in capital markets working and strong knowledge & understanding of financial products.
    • Work experience across overall platform business infrastructure and Cash Desk, Program Trading, DMA and Algo trading, both for cash equites and equities on SWAP, trading through allocation, Program Trading, OTC Derivatives, Electronic trading, Prime Services desks.
    • Experience conducting requirement analysis, facilitating rule interpretations, documenting business requirements & functional requirements, and driving issue remediation.
    • Recent experience managing or overseeing technical projects.
    • Exposure to multiple project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and Waterfall
    • Experience in successfully delivering business and technology projects with an understanding of product development lifecycle.
    • Knowledge of US equity trading workflows and associated regulation, US post trade allocation strongly desired
    • Knowledge of European MiFID2 equity regulation highly advantageous
    • Good PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel and Jira skills, Development productivity tools (Jira, TFS, or other)
    • Fidessa OMS, Eze EMS, ULLINK FIX Engine exposure a strong plus
    • APAC, LATAM and/or MENA market exposure is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Program management, project management and product management for the design, delivery and ongoing support for global equities trading and allocation product (Americas, EMEA and APAC markets including ID mkts)
    • Running large global programs with senior management, front office, operations, technology, and compliance participants requiring detailed interaction with technical staff and senior business management to keep project on track.
    • Drafting requirements documents for business, compliance, risk, technology, operations stakeholder groups approvals that are then used by technology to draft technical requirements.
    • Supporting products after going live
    • Will have direct communication with trading desks (SWAPs Desk, Derivatives Desk, Cash Desk, Program Trading, DMA and Algo trading for SWAPs, Derivatives and Cash Equities) End to End Workflows, Lifecycle risk management, Operations, Middle Office, Reg/Compliance, Client Services, as well as various internal technology teams to support current businesses and build out new application/system/modules.
    • Align projects and communication into project plans and resolve conflicts and escalate when needed.
    • Work with others in this discipline on cross-team initiatives
    • Stand-up work items and team management structure for development and support of technology platforms
    • Understand client's challenges and issues; document resolution options and go forward plans.
    • Work with other related and wider technology teams within Jefferies
    • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations.
    • Present findings and recommendations to leadership
    • Provide status reporting to management and business partners.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree required preferably in Computer Science. Advanced degree is a plus but not required.
    The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000
