    Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal team members.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and hearings for attorneys.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for trials and depositions.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing legal documents for accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary is preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in legal studies is a plus. What's on Offer
