Job summary
As a Reliability Engineer at dsm-firmenich you will be responsible for improving the reliability of the plant with regard to equipment procedures and working methods by analyzing the performance of the plant and consequently developing a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.Responsibilities
- Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times; use proper personal protective equipment appropriate safety tools equipment and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate at the highest safety levels; that all people in the area comply with the safety requirements and keep the area neat clean.
- Analyze the plant determine criticality installed equipment For critical equipment perform Failure Mode & Effect Analysis FMEA generic high medium critical translate Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM plan into specific preventive maintenance activities procedures.
