SkyWater is partnering with a global manufacturer who's looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team This person will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations for an industry leading machinery manufacturer.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee a small team of engineers, look for manufacturing process improvements, partner with plant leadership on strategic initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices and much more.

We're looking for an experience Sr. Manufacturing Engineer or a current Manager who's looking to join an industry leader and grow their career with them. Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production schedules & quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase productivity & reduce costs.
Work with cross-functional teams and company leadership to achieve objectives.
Implement and maintain a culture focused on safety, collaboration & continuous improvement.
Lead a team of manufacturing engineers by distributing projects, mentoring & training, conducting annual reviews, etc.
Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering or similar engineering experience.
1+ year of managing, supervising or leading team members (directly or indirectly).
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or six sigma highly preferred.
