We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team to build a cutting-edge pre-visit workflow tool for primary care providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend and backend development, experience in EHR integration, and a passion for creating user-friendly healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of the pre-visit workflow tool.
Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface for the Huddle Dashboard.
Integrate the application with EPIC EMR system.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Collaborate with other team members, contribute to cross-functional projects, and provide technical expertise.
Continuously improve the application by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
Strong experience with server-side languages like , Python, or Ruby.
Experience with EHR/EMR integration with EPIC system and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a must.
Knowledge of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Couchbase).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
