    About the Job

    We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality in-home health care to children with various medical needs. This is a flexible opportunity that offers great pay and benefits.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver safe and effective patient home care, including taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, and providing personal hygiene care.
    • Communicate with RN Supervisors to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care.
    • Implement care plans to prevent or reduce risk and achieve expected outcomes.
    • Document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs.
    • Serve as a patient and family advocate, demonstrating respect for patient and family rights.

    Requirements

    • 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years preferred
    • Pass the agency's medication exam with a score of 80% or higher
    • Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction
    • Background check with no criminal history
