Responsible for assisting with the management of St.

Mary's Medical Management outpatient departments by:

investigating concerns on patient care safety and staff development/education, coordinating education and training on electronic medical record for staff and providers and performing other duties to facilitate care for patients.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and holds a current license in State of West Virginia. BSN required Master preferred. Member of a professional organization; certification in nursing specialty.

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) year nursing care experience and a minimum of one (1) year in an ambulatory setting.

Skills:

Mastery of clinical EHR; ability to provide direction for clinical leadership; communication; teaching; demonstrates competence in management and leadership skills.

Should maintain skills in order to relate to changing care needs. BLS required.
