    Description
    Job Description ANALYGENCE provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations
    Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise
    The Senior Finance Analyst will lead the preparation, review, and delivery of detailed planning, tracking analysis and reporting of program financials
    Significant interface will be required with key stakeholders, contract management staff as well as other functional organizations.


    • Coordinate with Government Staff to develop Staffer Day slide inputs.
    • Coordinate with Government Staff to develop R-Doc and P-Doc submissions to POM process.
    • C oordinate with Government Staff to answer Congressional Request For Information (RFI).
    • Act as a liaison between Government Staff to Office of the Secretary of Defense Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSD CAPE)
    Requirements


    • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly required.
    • Master's degree in relevant field and minimum of 12 years of related experience (in lieu of a Master's degree, a Bachelor's degree with an additional 2 years of experience may be substituted).
    • Experience performing professional accounting work that requires application of accounting theories, concepts, principles, and standards; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the management and control of resource and/or funds.
    • Experience conducting financial management activities to include resource planning in accordance with applicable DoD financial management processes and principles, intelligence community, and/or congressional guidance desired.
    • Ability to provide sound advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
    • Ability to manage competing tasks.
    • Easily works within and across teams.
    • Familiar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.
    • Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multi-stakeholder environment desired.
    • Familiar with data visualization tools.
    • Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools
