    Description

    Highland Square is currently in search of an experienced Admissions Director. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and committed to their career paths. This role requires strong leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities.

    Qualifications for the Admissions Director:

    • Prior experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector is preferred
    • Optional qualifications include being a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in long-term care
    • Demonstrated expertise in effectively marketing organizational services

    Responsibilities of the Admissions Director:

    • Develop and nurture positive relationships with referral sources to enhance awareness of our specialized services
    • Manage the referral process from identifying the suitable payer source to evaluating patient data
    • Accountable for meeting company census and revenue targets
    • Collaborate with patients, physicians, residents, nursing, rehabilitation, and social work teams to facilitate smooth transitions to our facility
    • Ensure timely and efficient communication of information to relevant parties
    • Evaluate patient requirements and align them with facility services for optimal placement planning
    • Conduct on-site visits to referring facilities to assess clinical needs and obtain necessary information
    • Perform any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor
