- Advises managers andemployees on state and federal employment regulations, benefit and compensationpolicies, and personnel procedures.
- Support companycompliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.
- Handles routine inquiriesconcerning policies, payroll, benefits, and employment verification promptlyand accurately.
- Maintain current andterminated employee personnel files by ensuring records are filed correctly andtimely.
- Manages the leave processfor employees by coordinating comfortably with many stakeholders, such asemployees on leave, HR/payroll teams, medical offices, etc., through variousmethods of communication.
- Acts as a liaison tomediate employee issues and advise on appropriate resolution to mitigateconflicts.
- Assists with all aspectsof Open Enrollment.
- Coordinate job postings,track & distribute resumes to appropriate managers, coordinate interviews,assist managers through the hiring process, and track onboarding progress.
- Complete HR paperwork for hiring, meritincreases, employee reviews, promotions, and terminations.
- Assist with human resources functions,including employee relations, performance management, career development,compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
- Assist with timecards, PTO, and otherpayroll issues as requested.
- Work with managers & staff to resolveemployee relation issues and help interpret company policies, procedures, andguidelines.

Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, etc.)
Proven ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and situations with diplomacy, patience and tact.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources and general business practices.
Previous payroll experience, including HRIS.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail.
Effective Communication
Ability to use payroll software and Microsoft Office suite products.
Legally Authorized towork in the US.
Must be able to pass abackground check.
