    Qualifications

    • Determined and eager to learn. To understand what, why, and how we do what we do. Please do NOT apply if you are not serious about learning. Someone with experience working with clients over the phone. Supporting products that are very technical in nature. Someone who is familiar and has experience with industrial marketing: various methods for reaching out to customers and potential clients from website SEO, mailers, outbound telephone calls, etc... Someone who can work hand in hand with outside sales people as well as our service department, to maintain and further build on our long term relationships. A person with an aptitude for details in communication and with internal documentation. Someone who is humble and honest with all interactions and communication, who wants to learn a role in a company that is unique and in demand. Finally, who is computer literate, can type, put together quotes, follow-up on projects, keep in touch with customers on a regular basis. Basically work as a valued team member to help maintain a territory for selling scales and ongoing service after the sale.
