    Description

    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with pharmacies, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through daily prospecting, rapport building, and follow-up calls. They will also be tasked with conducting consultative sales, presenting our unique value proposition, and achieving a minimum quota.

    The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to focus on new business development as well as continued contact with current customers. Experience with MS Office products and CRM software is preferred.

    Salary Information: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus UNCAPPED Commission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform all phases of the sales cycle, including getting past gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, overcoming objections, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
    • Prospect for new clients and meet activity goals established within the assigned territory.
    • Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques to influence target accounts.
    • Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
    • Actively demonstrate a commitment to excellent service to all customers.
