About the Job:
The Heart Failure nurse utilizes a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment,planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. Provides inpatient care and education,
working with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for the heart failure and cardiomyopathy patient;
including individuals, families,
and communities of the heart failure patient population.
