- 5+ years of experience in AM Roles in the IT outsourcing Industry (Not Software development only)
- Strong LinkedIn network
- Worked in multinational companies and is used to a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Proven work experience in this role
- Motivated, flexible, and service-oriented
- Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
