- Managing all daily operations of the site.
- Supports the implementation of approved site plans as outlined in the strategic plan and provides leadership through implementation.
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on relevant data and metrics.
- Implements policies and procedures.
- Supervise therapists, Rehab Aides, and volunteers.
- Monitor staff caseload and schedules based on clinical needs.
- Assist in the development of departmental procedures.
- Act as a site liaison representing their site specific program.
- Develop annual site specific program plan.
- As a treating clinician, plan & implement developmentally appropriate treatment programs based on evaluation results, discharge plan, and interdisciplinary team goals in effective and timely manner
- Provide treatment that is family centered as reflected in communication, care plans, referrals and chart documentation in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Maintain a minimum of 30% scheduled productivity (treatment caseload)
- BS/MA/MS/DPT/OTD from an accredited graduate school rehab program such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy. (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist)
- Minimum of 3 years working in pediatrics
- Demonstration of strong organizational and time management skills
- Broad understanding of rehab departmental operations and structure

This position is 40 hours per week and is eligible for our full benefits package
