    Part-Time Weekend Home Health RN

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health RN in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

    About the Job:

    This is an ongoing part-time weekend position with our Raleigh Visits office, serving adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis throughout Wake and Durham counties.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Implement care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
    • Provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality care possible.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Document patient progress and any concerns or issues that arise during visits.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
    • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
