    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for a Computer Systems Analyst, Principal to join our team supporting the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) In this role you will help USCYBERCOM design, integrate and synchronize cyber tools, capabilities, and programs into a cohesive platform that supports the cyber mission force in conducting activities across multiple warfighting domains.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Supporting the integration of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) across DoD services and agencies.
    • Perform technical analysis, requirements management, lifecycle support and risk management for JCWA component systems.
    • Working with stakeholders from across the DoD Cyber community and military services.
    • Mapping and decomposing end-user requirements to hardware and software system features and contractual requirements.
    • Developing component and system-level functional and performance requirements by analyzing and decomposing user requirements, organizational procedures, and system problems.
    • Developing product support strategies for the lifecycle of cyber systems.
    • Providing Risk Management and Cybersecurity support to ensure consistent and sufficient security across JCWA components.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    • MS Degree with 10+ years relevant experience or BS with 12+ years relevant experience. For the exceptional candidate, 16+ years relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
    • Degree must be in Computer and Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
    • Experience must be related to Data Modeling, Data Architecture or in the Information Assurance or cybersecurity fields.
    • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    • USCYBERCOM experience, or experience supporting service level (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) or DoD Agency (DISA, DIA) cyber activities.
    • Software or Cyber-related acquisition experience.
    • A broad range of understanding related to regulations, methodologies and frameworks, such as NIST controls, and DoD Risk, Issues, and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs publication
    • Knowledge of cyber vulnerabilities and experience identifying and applying controls and mitigation strategies to harden systems.
    • Polygraph within the past seven years

    Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

    Top Secret SCI

    Salary Range:

    $83, $182,400.00
