The Role

We're hiring a high-ownership Marketing Intern to help build the engine behind partnerships, outreach, and assist with ad-hoc content needs. You will be responsible for driving consistent outbound momentum, keeping our systems tight, and helping us spot opportunities before we do. If you need step-by-step instructions for everything, this is not the role for you. If you see something that could be better and instinctively fix it, you'll thrive here.

We're a small, founder-led team. We move quickly. We care about precision. We believe details matter. This is not a passive internship. This is real startup work.

What Success Looks Like

Our outreach tracker is clean, organized, and up to date
No leads fall through the cracks
Weekly outbound is consistent and improving
Follow-ups happen without reminders
New partnership ideas are proactively surfaced
Content deadlines are met
You raise your hand when you see a smarter way to do something

What You'll Do

Partnerships & Outreach

Build and refine targeted outreach lists aligned with our ICP
Execute weekly outbound outreach (email + social)
Own follow-up cadence until a clear yes/no
Track every touchpoint in Notion
Manage inbound partnership requests
Schedule and prep founder meetings
Proactively identify new sampling, podcast, and community opportunities

Content & Brand Support

Brainstorm and plan weekly content with founders
Support content calendar execution
Write one weekly blog post grounded in women's health research
Draft social captions aligned with brand voice
Capture content at local events
Identify gaps in our content ecosystem and propose solutions

Who You Are

You are highly organized. Slightly obsessive about follow-through. You don't wait to be told what to do twice.

You:

Are diligent and structured
Keep clean trackers and clear notes
Follow up without being asked
Care about writing quality
Can think strategically about audience and positioning
Are comfortable sending cold outreach
Use AI to move faster, but not to think for you
Care deeply about women's health and feel aligned with our mission
Are energized by startup environments

You likely:

Run your own projects or side initiatives
Have led something before (club, community, small business, etc.)
Prefer ownership over hand-holding

Bonus:

Experience with Notion or CRM systems
Basic photo/video editing
Prior blog or newsletter writing
Experience automating systems
Actively pursuing a degree, or have pursued in business, or marketing

Hours & Compensation

10-15 hours per week
