Job Summary:This role involves overseeing the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pier construction, foundation repair, and waterproofing, along with proven leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the pier construction crew, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
• Plan, implement, and monitor construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to accurately execute construction plans.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all crew members.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments, identifying and resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and company operations manager, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of learning, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, reports, and construction diaries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in pier construction, foundation repair, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 of experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specific to waterproofing and foundation repair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a construction crew.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
