Personal Sitter Role

Job Summary:

We seek a reliable and compassionate individual to serve as a constant companion for residents assigned to them. When the resident leaves their room, you will be in direct line of sight.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old with flexible scheduling and reliable transportation

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 
   Always monitor the whereabouts of assigned residents during your shift.
   
   
   
   • When resident exits their room, go with them to their desired destination (i.e., walk about facility, attend activities, dining room for meals)

countering situations such as unwanted physical contact between residents requires immediate intervention by redirecting one or both parties away from the situation.

If the resident is in their room but wants privacy when family members come to visit they can shut it but not leave – you'll remain outside checking on them every 15 minutes unless relieved for breaks/lunch then someone must take over before leaving themselves until another employee arrives respectively allow bathroom breaks meanwhile remaining vigilant eyeonresid.
