Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 /year
Position Type: Full time, on site
LHH is currently seeking an experienced paralegal for a firm specializing in Business, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. This role requires the ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative and clerical support to the attorneys, management, and office staff
· Filing documents with the court
· Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
· Prepare and maintain documents and files for attorneys prior to court hearings, depositions, and mediations
· Schedule client meetings in person and over the phone
· Assist with managing the office filing system (hard copies and electronically) with attention to detail and confidentiality
· Assist attorneys to ensure legal documents are processed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
· Advanced administrative and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor
· Litigation experience is preferred, but not required
