    The Role:

    The Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and delivering the technical aspects of Brado's conversational care product. They are responsible for planning, executing, and closing technical projects while ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope and in budget. They work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives, establish project plans and drive project execution.

    Ideal candidates for this role will live near our St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Ft. Worth TX collaboration centers. While the day-to-day work will be done remotely, our teams come together in person for orientation and other key meetings throughout the year.

    What you can expect in a Technical Project Manager role at Brado:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and track project progress.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address them.
    • Using and Jira, manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking work progress and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
    • Create, maintain and update calendar for all Engineering Department employees and assess capacity against the work calendar
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
    • Ensure the project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and technology.
    • Effectively produces technical documentation and presentations.
    • Creates timelines, roadmaps and technical diagrams for project management work.
    • Tracks KPIs and other metric focused reports as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements

    What you"ll bring to the role and to the team:
    • At least 1+ years of experience with and Jira. Must be proficient in creating boards, setting up workflows, create workspaces and projects and analyzing reports
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field with experience in project management or equivalent experience
    • Familiar with working in agile methodologies, experience working in a sprint structure.
    • Familiar with AI technologies
    • Has a general understanding of the healthcare industry
