• Managing and mentoring a dynamic team of purchasing professionals.
• Directs and participates in all purchase requirements. Ensures proper coding, pricing, and approvals for the corporation.
• Oversees the materials management by monitoring and coordinating optimum inventory levels at each division/market of the company.
• Works with CTO, Engineering, and senior management on approval of products and vendor negotiations. Performs supplier qualification evaluations and monitors on time delivery by major suppliers.
• Chair company wide material standardization committee.
• Administers corporate policies on vendors, products, prices, and business relationships.
• Manages materials savings initiatives in line with overall business objectives
• Responsible for supervision of purchasing and inventory control staff.
• Manages all activities that develop relationships with suppliers.
• Oversees the purchase and manages company fleet.
• Other functions that may be assigned.

• Ability to motivate, inspire teamwork, administer, and supervise employees.

• Prior Broadband/Telecommunication experience desirable.
• Bachelors degree in business, materials management or its equivalent in training and relevant experience.
• Four years experience in purchasing and/or inventory management required.
