    Overview

    The Project Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction work activities meet the required standards. With advanced knowledge and expertise, this position requires forethought, judgment, and discretion to execute duties effectively.

    Experience may be gained in various sectors, including federal, municipal, K-12 school, or higher education. Progressive career development is essential, as is the ability to oversee inspection staff.

    Key responsibilities include performing work of considerable difficulty, representing clients on-site, and ensuring quality assurance, documentation, cost control, and time management services are provided.

    Additionally, the Project Inspector will perform field checks, on-site compliance inspections, and progress monitoring, as well as coordinate and manage inspection activities on project(s).
