    Senior Technical Project Manager (Hybrid)

    As a Senior Technical Project Manager at our company, your role involves leading and managing IT projects to successful outcomes by considering various factors like priority, scope, timeline, cost, and quality requirements. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward to deliver significant business value in a dynamic environment.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Review project planning documents to ensure clarity of objectives before project kick-off
    • Manage requirements gathering and translate them into actionable project plans
    • Create project schedules, milestones, and allocate resources efficiently
    • Document project details and progress to secure leadership approval
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project vision and goals aligning with organizational objectives
    • Coordinate with vendor teams for project execution and performance evaluations
    • Identify and address project issues, risks, and action items promptly
    • Ensure projects stay on track in terms of schedule and budget
    • Promote technical and operational excellence by bridging process gaps and documenting procedures
    • Communicate project statuses effectively to stakeholders and leadership
    • Provide guidance and motivation to project team members
    • Offer coaching and support to junior project managers and resources
    • Recommend process improvements based on industry standards
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes and best practices

    Working Arrangement:
    Hybrid (WFH/Remote - Monday and Friday, In Office - Tuesday thru Thursday)

    Required Skills

    • Experience managing multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders
    • Strong business, IT, financial, and communication skills
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences
    • Ability to balance big picture goals with attention to detail
    • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills
    • Technical awareness and judgment to earn the trust of technical teams
    • Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
    • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management abilities
    • Leadership, interpersonal, and executive presence skills

    Experience and Education

    • Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or master's degree is a plus
    • 7-10 years of Project Management experience
    • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
    • IT certification desired, but not mandatory
    • Hybrid (WFH/Remote - Monday and Friday) & (In Office - Tuesday thru Thursday)
