TrinityRail is hiring a Career Detail Specialty on 1st Shift at our Shell Rock plant.

As a member of the Detail Specialty team at Trinity, you'll prepare and apply detailing with paint, decals, or stencils. You'll operate specialized paint and metal surface application equipment and measuring tools. The person in this position will also mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies, and water borne paint systems according to a prescribed formula.
What you'll do:
- Apply decals
- Repair exterior paint
- Operate scissor lift (or scaffold)
- Perform basic exterior touch-up coating using brush or roller
- Stencils
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
