- Lead product strategy for a portfolio of developer platforms & experiences, leveraging deep expertise of software development & cloud application architecture to deliver world-class platforms enabling developer innovation and productivity
- Build & lead a high performing team of product managers who will continually raise the bar on great customer outcomes, product strategy, roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
- Foster collaboration across multiple technical organizations including engineering, systems architecture, risk, and business to ensure alignment, consolidation, integration, and adoption of enterprise platforms.
- Develop technical standards, best practices, and governance processes that ensure consistency, scalability, usability, self-service, and reliability of platforms.
- Protect customer experiences and customer data with a rigorous focus on platform governance, technical standards, reliability, resiliency, and cyber security.
- Establish and monitor technical and business performance indicators to track the success and impact of enterprise platforms, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement. We want you if you are:

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product management Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
