Place of Performance-The required services will be performed on-site in the Health Services Department at the FCI Gilmer located at 201 FCI Lane, Glenville, WV 26351.

Schedule-Work hours will normally be between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The contractor will normally provide 8 (1) hour sessions per day, 5 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays. A session is defined as one hour

.Dental Hygienist:
The contract employee is required to be certified/licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the State of West Virginia and must submit photocopies of their license and/or board certification. He/she must have at least one or more years of experience.

The contractor shall provide the following Dental Hygienist services, which include, but are not limited to, the items listed below.

• Provide dental prophylaxis on inmates who are referred by the dental staff

• Provide thorough individualized oral hygiene instructions to each patient

• Monitor oral hygiene and periodontal condition on each patient seen for dental prophylaxis

• Complete necessary dental x-rays as specified by the dentist

• Sterilize instruments used for prophylaxis and other instruments as specified by the dental staff

• Perform necessary paperwork related to scheduling patients for dental prophylaxis as directed by the dental staff
