- Conduct research and assessments of digital and analog electronic hardware.

- Product inventory management and organization
- At least 10-15 years of expertise in electronics, including design, diagnosis, repair, and testing of moderately complicated electronic assemblies.
- A solid grasp of FPGA, embedded systems, and the many programs needed to work in electronic development and production.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- The ability to work with little supervision and multitask while keeping priorities straight.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- The ability to read and comprehend schematic diagrams is required.
- As a hardware specialist, you should be familiar with the usage of serial EEPROMs as program memory space.
- Understanding of Compact Flash (CF) and the issues that may arise while dealing with CF.
- The ability to read and comprehend schematics
- Knowledge of electronic test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and function generators.
- Knowledge of programmers and in-circuit methods for programming devices
