- Uploads cash management journal entries
- Revenue reclass journal entries
- Logs and schedules updated timely (Daily, Deferred, Debit and
- Commission statements pulled and pivoted
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the business operations, financial systems and the general ledger structure
- All other duties as assigned
- Advanced understanding on Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Accounting / Finance degree
- Excellent communication skills
