Full time opening for Skilled Nursing Care Physicians.

We are looking for Physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena.

Full-time annual salary range is $300,000 to $305,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $36,500*.
