    Job Description:


    Responsible for developing and leading a team of 13 Treasury Sales Associates and Analysts who partner with Treasury Sales Officers and Relationship Bankers to drive revenue.

    Also charged with building a pipeline of talent for recruiting as needed. Responsible for overseeing direct client calling (in person and video) and positioning of GTS solution continuum.

    Engages with GTS leaders to develop and lead strategic priorities and OPEX efforts to better the client and associate experience.

    Regularly inspects accuracy of sales data and quality of client connections. Risk management oversight.

    Required Skills:
    "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified


    • 10+ years experience in Treasury Sales/Services
    • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong executive presence
    • In depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions
    • Degree preferred or equivalent experience
