    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at K&S Manufacturing. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair. The role requires strong industrial maintenance skills and the ability to work on-site in Ixonia, WI.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preventative maintenance of machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
    • Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
    • Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and doing other preventive maintenance actions.
    • Proceed on assignments with minimum supervision and work is subject to final inspection.
    • Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.

    Qualifications

    • Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills
    • Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance skills
    • Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow maintenance procedures
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
    • Related technical degree or certification is a plus
