- Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience of recruitment assistant experience
- Expeirnece in Non profit highly preferred
- Bachelor degree in related field preferred
- Experience working with ATS systems preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
