The UCF Student Union Event Planning team is responsible for the management of the scheduling and reservation process for all the facilities managed by the UCFSU.
+ The Opportunity:
The University of Central Florida's Student Union is seeking an Event Coordinator.
+
Responsibilities:
- Supervises reservation of space and equipment for meetings, conferences, conventions, and special events in the Student Union controlled facilities including the Live Oak Event Center.
- Reviews client requests on the use of SU facilities and equipment, inputs reservation information and prepares reservation confirmations.
