- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
- Act as local on-site representative to customers organization.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel required - with the possibility of hazardous duty locations
- HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience in the field of electronics, computer/network hardware
- An active TS / SCI
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Security + Certification
- A+ Certification
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and VTC equipment
