Job summary
We are looking for a qualified Registered Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Queens and Nassau County to promote and restore patients' health by completing the physical therapy process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members.Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients referred for home care services to determine appropriateness for physical therapy services.
- Establish a home care plan including assessment of the appropriateness of the requested services.
